Hi,
I just received a forward mail this morning saying the importance of drinking water in the empty stomach. So I thought I place it in my blog.
It is popular in Japan today to drink after immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.
METHOD OF TREATMENT:
-------------------
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily.
This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.
This makes sense ... The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
A serious note about heart attacks:
· Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting,
· Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
· You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
· Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
· 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up.
· Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

Actor Raghuvaran is no more :(
Early morning I turned the news channel and to my shock I saw a flash news "Raghuvaran is dead". This is a great loss for Tamil film industry.
I just Read that he is 60 years old and he acted in more than 80 films in Tamil and Malayalam. Raghuvaran has special style for himself and a great voice modulation.
May his soul rest in peace!
Its indeed a HUGE LOSS for Tamil/Telegu Cinema. He was all said & done - one of the best villains in Tamil film industry - and he was always one of my favorite actors.

National Anthem in sathyam cinemas..& Anjaadhe movie review
Hi Friends,
I visited Sathyam cinemas yesterday for a late evening show "Anjaadhey". I was surprised to see National Anthem being played at the beginning of the movie and more surprising that everyone stood up (of course there was a slide asking everybody to stand up).I felt so proud to stand up. It was amazing and very soothing to hear Jana Gana Mana in SPB's voice and it also had him in visual. I am not too sure if this was done earlier, It's been quite some time now that I have been to sathyam. But had a good treat!
Now speaking about Anjaadhe movie, excellent movie I would say. The direction , picturisation and the emotions were excellent. But the songs were quite week (off course there were only 3 songs). This is the year’s best Tamil movie so far and will remain among its best.
This movie is directed by Mysskin. This movie is about two friends, one who becomes a Police and one who should have been a police, takes a different route which is the mix of explosive action, thrilling sequences and mental suffering emotions.
The cast includes Naren, newcomer Ajmal Ameer and Vijayalakshmi of Chennai 600028 fame in the lead roles. The film also stars actor Prasanna who is coming out with a never before seen role. Great performance by Prasanna. We have seen him only in his usual choclate boy role and he did a splendid performance and plays a role of serial rapist and the king of the kidnapping gang.I would say this is a courageous performance from this actor.
Actor Pandiarajan, was superbly cast as one of the kidnappers, delivers a performance that virtually reintroduces the actor to his fans and all audiences.Vijayalakshmi plays Kiruba’s sister, and in love with Sathya. she has done a commendable job.But the dream song could have been performed better.
Some of the action sequences are brilliant. And the emotions have depicted so well especially in the scenes where a flower seller, who helps Sathya rescue a dying man, has a nylon cover wrapped around a leg wound, and sathya's friend kuruvi's death and as well as one of the villain(one among the kidnappers gang, sorry forgot the name) getting shot by prasanna in front of his son. The emotions were depicted so clearly and given equal weightage to the movie.
Overall the movie Anjaadhe was excellent in all ways and a must have DVD at home.

Hospital Rules!
Hospital rules!!!
I know you are been thinking of the same "visiting time" rules in the hospitals. My sister delivered baby last week. She was in a recognized hospital in chennai.
No I will not let the name out!
It has got the same rules like other hospitals. "Visitors Time". The visiting time was 4 pm to 7 pm. My sister delivered her baby around 3.30 pm. we were very happy and excited to see the baby. With the same anxiety I immediately called all my relatives and friends to share the wonderful news and they were also excited with the news.
We were given a visitor pass where one person is allowed to stay with the patient apart from caretaker. Mom stayed with my sister. I was given a visitor pass to go to the room.
Our relatives with the excitement started coming to hospital in non-visting hours, cant blame them too!. I managed to build good rapo with the lift operator, and so whenever I go out he never asks me for a pass. When our visitors come , i go down handover my visitor pass to them and i come back to the room. Each and every time when i had visitors coming in i did the same. At last there were about 7-10 people in our room.
Good those rules are imposed in hospitals considering the safety of the patient, but the same time advise them to be more strict in their rules to avoid people like me exploiting those rules. :)

For everything you do today......
Hi Friends,
I occasionally read something that by-passes the brain and goes straight to the heart. Reading The Dash Poem was one of those times.
The Dash Movie takes only three minutes to watch, but those three minutes can truly change the way you think about life. I hope it will touch you as much as it touched me.
Turn up the volume on your PC then Click on the following link to watch The Dash Movie (or cut and paste into your browser):

P.S. Please forward this email to friends who would enjoy it!

The Truth Behind Valentine's Day !
Hi,
Just two days left for a big gala day! Yes its a Valentines Day.
It is not true that Valentine's day is a holiday invented by greedy greeting card companies eager to sell more stock or by candy companies to sell more chocolate, or general retailers to create more business once Christmas is over. It is easy to imagine that Valentine's Day was created by them because as soon as the stores put away their Christmas merchandise, out comes the Valentine's Day items - even though Valentine's is still more than six weeks away.
In a blink Rudolph and Santa are replaced with red ribbon and pink hearts and mass produced Valentine's Day cards in thousands of designs and sizes - large, small, serious, silly, inexpensive, expensive, musical (my least favorite because they sound so tinny) and traditional ones. Valentine's Day is the biggest single twenty hour period for florists, a huge event for greeting card companies and a boon for candy
makers.
Valentine's Day began more than 1,500 years ago. According to legend, Valentine was a priest who performed marriages in continued defiance of the orders of the Roman emperor Claudius. The emperor had realized that no young men wanted to join his army and then leave their wives and sweethearts. When it was discovered that Valentine was still performing marriages in secret, he was cruelly sentenced to death.
Valentine allegedly cured the jailer's daughter of blindness and on the night before his execution, he sent a note to her signed "from your Valentine". Reportedly he died on February. 14, 269 A.D.
More than 200 years later in 496 A.D., February 14 was named by Pope Gelasius to honor St. Valentine. Today more than 1,700 years have passed since the real Valentine died, and people are still celebrating Valentine's Day in a big way. A staggering 180 million Valentine's cards were sold last year.
It may never have occurred to you that Valentine's Day is a major crisis day for anyone who is having an affair. After all, Valentine's Day is the one holiday when everyone is expected to do something romantic for their spouse or lover -- and if someone has both, it's a serious problem and a logistic nightmare.

Hurray!!!! our dream car has come finally - its ""Nano"
Dont worry sir! Now you can buy Nano...its just for you : )
Business Week -
It's called the Nano, for its high technology and small size. It's cute, compact, and contemporary. It's a complete four-door car with a 623-cc gas engine, gets 50 miles to the gallon, and seats up to five. It meets domestic emissions norms and will soon comply with European standards. It's 8% smaller in outer length than its closest rival, Suzuki's Maruti 800, but has 21% more volume inside. And at $2,500 before taxes (value-added taxes increase the price by about $300), it is the most inexpensive car in the world. Starting this fall, the Nano will roll off the assembly lines at a Tata Motors (TTM) plant in Singur, Bengal, and navigate India's potholed roads.
*************************
Dear Mr. Ratan Tata, Thank you very much to fulfill dreams of common man of this country. Great Vision really.
Its truly a family car!...I wish to buy one...
I would say its a dream car for India!
